News & Events:

• PGC Baptism 2022 wil have arrangements as below:
  (a) Ceremony will take place at 11am on 9/10 (Sat) at Grace Chinese Gospel Church (201 Tempo Ave, North York. M2H 2R9). Relatives of baptismal candidates will be invited to attend and witness their life changes in God.
  (b) Baptismal Celebration Service  will be held on 9/18 (Sun) at SilverCity as combined service.  Edited video recording of the baptismal ceremony will be played, with live testimony sharing and presentation of baptismal certificates.  Certificates for members newly joined PGC will also be presented.
• English Young Adults will have potluck gathering on 8/28 (Sun) 12:30pm at Tiffany’s place. Students entering university or Gr 12 in September are welcome!  Please sign up here: https://tinyurl.com/pgcbbq
• Thanks to IGC Zone brothers and sisters for their kind preparation and delivery of sandwiches & fruits to Downtown Alliance Church yesterday for Community Night to provide food for those in need in the community. Encourage you to join next time in serving the community.
• Praise Father for all He has amazingly provided and guided us to complete our first Basketball Leadership Camp! Thanks God for all leaders, pastors and volunteers who came to give and bless our youth.   We are thankful for a joyous celebration last Friday with MGC and PGC together.  Please continue to seek Jesus in our next steps and endeavors to win and build youth for Jesus' Kingdom.
• The Gospel Coalition Canada (TGC) will hold a 2-day conference on Nov 17-18 at Hope Bible Church in Oakville (500 Great Lakes Blvd, Oakville, ON L6L 6X9). Prayer & Praise Items:

• Pray to God for our safety and health when COVID-19 remains affecting worldwide adversely, esp. when many will be away during summer. May those contracted COVID will get healed and recovered in His mercy.
• Pray for all needs and arrangements of the baptism ceremony, and that God will strengthen the faith and hearts of all baptismal candidates.
• Praise to God for the successful completion of basketball camp. May God build up the youth to be disciples with care and strength to serve.
• Pray for Missionary Janice Lo’s ministry at Grace Christian Church at Cambodia, esp. a music evangelistic concert to be held on 8/28. Pray also for Cindy Lai to adapt and set off her ministry in the missionary field.
