News & Events:

• Due to health considerations, we no longer serve high-sugar soft drinks at SilverCity. However, some children and young congregants were unaware of the change and used pop machines to fill up their coffee cups with soft drinks.  Please help advise our children not to do so, as serving pop drinks is no longer included in our contract with SilverCity, and any consumption will incur expensive extra charge.  We encourage our congregants to bring their water bottles or enjoy coffee or tea provided by PGC. Thanks for your attention and cooperation.
• Youth basketball leadership camp still have many spots for Gr 8-12. We invite you to pray for and actively invite your friends for outreach and friendship. Register by Jun/24 to receive a personalized jersey.   Adults are welcome to volunteer in various support roles. • “Marketplace Discipleship - The Kingdom Strikes Back” - IDMC 2022 Conference will be held on 6/24 (Fri) 8-10pm & 6/25 (Sat) 3-10pm. Speakers are Rev. Edmund and Pastor Ann Chan. Conference will be online with both live and pre-recorded sessions in English, with Cantonese interpretation. Fee is $60/person and a $10 discount is available for church group registration with 10 people and more. To encourage b/s who are currently attending PGC gatherings, PGC will provide an additional subsidy of $30/person, i.e. applicants pay only $20 to participate. • Passport to Purity Retreat will be held on Oct/22-23 on a hybrid model. This is to provide a wonderful and intimate personal time for 11-14 years old with their parent for a special getaway to learn about God's holiness and sexual purity. Parents can find out more by attending June 16th Thursday 8pm Parents' info night through Zoom. Please contact Lucia before Jun/12 to reserve your spot.

• Pray for the Russia-Ukraine war to ceasefire soon in God’s sovereignty
• Pray for basketball camp to help bond-building and spiritual growth of youths
• Pray that PCA’s extension renovation project will be completed smoothly, so that PGC can move in this year to start Sunday service and regular gatherings there.
• Thankful for Pastor Andy being appointed as a full-time English Pastor. May God continue to bless his family and serving.
• Our Missionary Janice Lo will get ordinated on Jun/8. Praise to God!
