CHAIRMAN : ALEC CHENG
SPEAKER : PASTOR IAIN DAVIS
SCRIPTURE : LUKE 6 :43 - 49

Notes :

  • The Good News of Jesus has an impact on who we are
  • Listening, knowing, and believing are not the same thing

  • 2021 Passport to Purity Retreat, a hybrid online retreat this year, is taking place on this weekend and the group is joining the Jr English Worship this morning. Please pray for the 18 families joining the event. May God’s words be rooted in hearts of these teens, leading them to pursue purity and win over temptations. May God also bless Pastor Connie Liu with the organizing team and reward their efforts.

  • CrossRoads is going to have an outdoor Corn Maze Night 7pm on October 29 at Uxbridge. There will be no gathering at Gibson Centre that night, but it will resume the following week on November 5 7:30-9pm with collection of Compassion Care Bags on the same day.
  • CrossRoads youths & families are encouraged to put faith in action by preparing bags of goods for the ministries like Toronto Alliance Church and Youth Unlimited that are reaching out to homeless adults and youths. Date of bag collection has been postponed to November 5.
