News & Events:

• CrossRoads Friday Fellowship will now be held indoor at 105 Gibson Centre with updated meeting time 7:30-9pm until further notice. Kindly note that, to comply with the venue’s policy, all attendees will need to be fully vaccinated with proof of vaccination in order to enter, with exemption of those under 12 years of age.
• For safety of all attendees at PGC Youth events, parents of attending youths, as well as serving adults, will need to fill out a Weekly Registration/COVID-19 Screening Online Form: https://forms.gle/bLUDsJSUiyTb3GwP8 before participating in each in-person activity. Any youth/serving adult attendees yet to fill the form will not be able to participate in the youth activities.
• With increasing number of youths, Crossroads Fellowship is now planning to multiply into Junior High (G6-8) and High School (G9-12) starting in January 2022. Under the new structure, a student leadership committee will be formed for the High School fellowship. Any high schoolers who might be interested in serving are invited to fill in the Youth Serving Interest Form: https://forms.gle/RrSP8so3NV4gp3cF6. A separate email with further information will be sent out to those who sign up. An Information Night is scheduled on Oct/4. Please contact Intern Andy Tse for enquiries.
• 2021 Passport to Purity Retreat will be held on the weekend of Oct 23-24, it will be a hybrid online retreat. Please pray for the 18 families joining the event, pray for Pastor Connie Liu and the organizing team for a successful and enjoyable event.
• The Executive Board has approved application of the B/S below to become PGC Member, join PGC as spiritual home, participate in future development of the church's ministry, and support PGC to grow and prosper. If any PGC Member does not agree for them to become PGC Member, please submit written reason to Deacon Cecil Mar of Membership Committee before Oct/10. The New Members are: Fred Koo & Wendy Lee (Bethel).

Prayer Items:

• Pray for God’s guidance as the youth ministry undergoes changes to accommodate growth, as well as for the youths to grow in Him.
• May God grant wisdom to Andy and Iain to lead the youths, and provide a female intern and more adult counselors to serve alongside.
• Pray for the relationships among young adults to be strengthened with one another and with God.

Praise Item:

• Thanks God for families opening their backyards to youth fellowship on summer Friday evening.
• Thanks God for preparing Gibson Centre as indoor venue for youth fellowship now. May God teach us to use the place wisely to strengthen bonding among youths and to reach out to parents.
