  • “Gift from Heaven, Given to All People” PGC Joint Christmas Worship will take place 10:30—12:30 at PCA Big Gym on 12/25 (Thurs).   Welcome to invite families and friends to celebrate and receive our King of Glory together.

    * There will be NO Refreshment, PGCKIDS & Nursery Service on that day.

  • Today is the 4th Sunday of Advent. May we all remember the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ and look forward to His 2nd coming again.
  • Today’s post-service program at PCA Cafetorium will be "Reading the Christmas Story with new eyes: Matthew 1:18-2:18”. Welcome all to join and study together.  In January, Faith Foundation Course will have the last class extended to the 1st and 3rd Sundays, so that those involved in choir practice for Christmas Service can complete their course.
  • You’re invited to join the Youth Ministry Vision Sharing which will take place on Jan/11 (Sun) after English service 11:15-12:30pm at PCA Cafetorium. Parents, youth, and church members are invited to hear and celebrate the vision God has given us for youth ministry.  You’ll hear testimonies, pastoral vision, and updates on how God is moving among our youth.  Please come partner with us in prayer and support as we raise up the next generation of disciples!
  • PGC 2026 Calendar is now available. Please feel free to scan the QR code, or obtain a hard copy from Reception Desk for review.
  • There will be NO CrossRoads gathering on coming 2 Fridays due to Christmas & New Year Holidays. Gathering will resume on Jan/9.
  • The 20th PGC Anniversary Publication electronic version is now available for viewing/downloading from scanning the QR code or from our church website as an item under “About us”.   • There will be 2 Christmas Gatherings upcoming on Dec/24:

(a) Christmas Breakfast — 9am-12pm at Pastor Andy’s place.  Please contact Pastor Andy for enquiries.
(b) High school girls Potluck Party — 6-9pm at Wendy’s place.  Please RSVP through the sign-up QR code or contact Mina/Wendy for enquiry.

  • Christmas is coming, Let’s remember many missionaries away from homes but serving faithfully overseas for God. We encourage cell groups to prepare cards or gifts to share our care and support to them.
  • PGC needs faithful response from brothers and sisters to God by making offerings to provide for PGC’s financial needs and to achieve a better balanced budget for this financial year of 2025. PGC offers 3 ways for making offerings.  More details are available on top of Offering Box or from our offering webpage: PGCmarkham.org/offering-en/.  Cut-off date for 2025 tax receipt will be 12/28 (by cash/cheque) and 12/31 (for credit) respectively.

 

 


Prayer & Praise Items:

  • Pray for the world to have peace and God will end the ongoing armed conflicts with granting of peace and hope to those who have their beloved ones and are in sufferings physically and mentally .
  • Pray for Vika's family that both her brother and mother are looking for work. May God provide for them jobs to be able to support their family and their needs in Ukraine.
  • Pray for PGC’s direction and ministry plans for 2026. Pray that God will lead us in promoting and working together for various ministries, including evangelism, discipleship training and cell group growth.
  • Pray for PGC supported missionaries and other mission fields worldwide.
