• Year 2025 remarks an important milestone for Peoples Gospel Church.Thankful for God’s leading, PGC will be celebrating our 20^th Anniversary this year and a series of celebration activities will set off soon.  We Invite brothers and sisters to join hands and take parts in organizing these activities by reaching out to leaders of different activities below:

• All are welcome to join the English Fellowship Lunch today 11:15-12:30 after service at PCA Cafetorium. Feel free to bring your own food and join together.  HS Girls Gathering will be held during the same time in Room 308.
• Government of Canada has extended the deadline for 2024 charitable donations to Feb/28, 2025. Such extension aims to give charity organizations more time to receive and process donations, thus reduce the impact caused by the Canada Post strike happened last December.  Donors can claim the eligible amount of their donations on their 2024 personal income tax return.   Please note, accordingly, PGC will have 2024 donation receipts available for distribution after mid March.
• English Youth Retreat will take place on coming Family Day long weekend (Feb 14-16) , joined by 56 youths with 9 supporting adults. Pastor Dunstan Zheng from CGC Scarborough will be the guest speaker of the Retreat.  Pastor Andy will be staying throughout the retreat, while Pastor Iain will be coming back to host the Joint Sunday Service next week.   Please pray for the Retreat that all youths will have closer connection with God and stronger bonding among themselves in Christ.
• Praise God that children’s summer camp registration is NOW FULL, while grade 5-8 youth Fellowship camp is also filling up! We ask our church to pray earnestly for securing a venue.  Please also pray for and encourage high school and university students to check out our recruitment details.  May God gather a youth team to love him and serve him together for God’s glory!
• It is with heavy hearts to announce that Mrs. Sau King CO (Grandma of Daniel, Great Grandma of Karina) passed away on 1/31. The Funeral Service will take place on 2/14 (Fri) at York Cemetery & Funeral Centre (160 Beecroft, Toronto) with visitation at 9:30am, followed by funeral service at 10:30am.  Please pray for God’s comfort and peace to the family.

Prayer & Praise Items:

• Pray for the world in 2025 to have peace and God will end the ongoing armed conflicts with granting of peace and hope. May the displaced ones could soon return and rebuilt their homes.
• Pray for Vika’s grandmother who has been diagnosed with stage 3 skin Cancer. May God heal her, and provide for her treatment.
• Pray for the English Youth Retreat next week that all participating youths, adults and pastors will have good memorable moments with bonding strengthened in Christ.
• Pray for God’s leading of our whole church to carry out all ministries in one united heart and achieve a healthy development of our church with God’s presence. Pray also for the development of PGC’s land in the best time in God’s plan.
• Pray for God’s provision for summer camp 2025: serving youth, camp venue and funding.
