• We are no longer bound to follow and obey the Law of Moses

   

   

• If we die to the law we can begin to live for God

   

   

• While the Law encourages us to Sin, the Spirit encourages us to serve God

   

News & Events:

• Due to swap of post-service programs, Topical Q&A, English Cell and Gr 6-8 Sunday School will take place today 11:15-12:30. Topic Q&A shall share about “What is a disciple? ” Encourage congregants to join whichever programs applicable to them.
• 2023 Donation Receipts is now available for pickup after service at Reception Table inside PCA Big Gym. For enquiry, please email to offering@peoplesgospelchurch.org.
• Beginning March, Wed Sports Night will resume the original sports arrangement with badminton at 6-8pm, followed by basketball at 8.15-10.15pm. Please check with Pastor Iain or Hingstone Calvin for further enquiries.
• Appreciate your valuable comments and suggestions provided in last year’s Worship Survey. All consolidated data and responses have been shared with various Ministry Committees.  All leaders will review and make needed and adaptable improvements.
• AFC Teens Conference (TC) will be held on 3/11-12 (for Gr7-9) and 3/13-14 (for Gr9-12) at RHCCC (9670 Bayview Ave. Richmond Hill). Parents Workshop, co-organized with Toronto Chinese Christian Parenting Association (TCCPA), will be hosted in person
  and online on 3/12 (Tues) 7:30-9:30pm (Mandarin) and 3/14 (Thurs) 7:30-9:30pm (in English).  Rev. Sophia Chan will share on “Becoming An Emotionally Health Parent”.  Pre-registration needed.  https://www.afccanada.org/tc2024-parent-workshop
• Praise God for His blessing for summer camp! Youth volunteers and staff team application will open coming Thursday 2/29 morning at

  All camps are full except Sports & Bible camp for Gr.6-8.   Please pray for God's protection and guidance in youth recruitment and hiring.
• Children's family devotional movement 2024 for 5-day weekly has been launched (2/19–6/9). Each child (Gr 5 or under) yet to collect a Devotional buddy bear and a devotional chart can get them at PGCKIDS sign in table.  We shall celebrate God's work and children's efforts on 6/23 (Sun) together!  Video clips, charts and recommended Bible/devos can be found on https://peoplesgospelchurch.org/pgc-kids/
• PGC is now hiring an Children Pastoral intern to strengthen and family and children's ministry. Please pray and share with interested brothers and sisters.

• Pray for God’s sovereignty and mercy over the world now with global political instability, and many places suffering from armed conflicts and natural disasters.
• During this season of Lent, may we prepare our hearts and commemorate the death of Jesus Christ on the Cross for us through prayers, fasting, and almsgiving.
• Pray for summer camp: government funding, venue rental & youth team recruitment.
• Thank God for His mercy and provision, with prayer and financial supports from many BS, Viktoria’s grandma Olga will book for her heart surgery soon. Pray for her surgery and soonest recovery to full health.
• Thank God for the English Retreat smoothly held last week . May God continue to strengthen the bonding among the participating youths to grow together in Christ.
